Intercessors, let us remember that God did NOT call us to be His secret agents. Let us leave to the angels what is theirs and be what He called us to be: His children, nothing more, nothing less. A happy and content, thriving child who is humble and meek, loved by his or her Father and loving and serving others based on that trust and identity. Anything else is pride and may come from fear that we might otherwise be useless to God. With much love I recommend you reading “Needless Casualties of War” from John Paul Jackson. I appreciate you wonderful watchmen and intercessors all around the world❤️ But sometimes the enemy can use our empathetic nature and deepest wounds and fears to seduce us into haughtiness.
“My heart is not proud, Lord, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me. But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.” (Psalms 131:1-2 NIV)
When it is good and right, God will call some prophets in different nations to arise and foretell certain “big” national events but not all. You are not less worth to Him as a prophetic person because you don’t release such grand prophecies. You are no slave but His precious child! Ask God where the boundary lines are which He has drawn around you to protect you and don’t step outside of it. He loves you. You will only harm yourself when you step out of His protection.
