A Wall of Glass

Yesterday I had a vision of me standing in golden light. There was a thin wall of glass in front of me. I had a choice – either keep staring at the wall in a state of paralysis or move forward in faith.

‘Why, my soul, are you so downcast?

My body given over to the enemy for a time and my emotions being a mess, but no, maybe it’s all my fault? The crippling anxiety that comes from it; thoughts of condemnation, shame, and fear. pride…

But no, I am born again. I died with Christ and now it is Christ who lives in me.’

Nothing and noone can seperate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. with this thought I see myself place my fingers on the wall of glass.

And it breaks. Instantly, it all breaks.

And a powerful wind erupts out of the former confined space as the wall shatters into pieces. A force of God’s glory unveiled in my inner man! (Ephesians 3:16)

Praise the great I AM! He breaks us for a time to raise us up in a greater realm of glory afterwards. (2. Corinthians 3:18)

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

Hebrews 11:6 NIV
